Exchanges, Returns and Warranty
Today the Mind Health site is only for requesting quotes — there is no online purchase yet. This page explains, transparently, how the warranty, exchanges and returns work.

How purchases work today
At the moment, the site does not make sales or process payments. You request a quote and a Mind Health specialist gets in touch to guide you and formalize the proposal. The payment, delivery, exchange and return conditions for each order are defined in the proposal and the purchase contract.
Lifetime warranty
The devices we distribute come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, under normal use and professional guidance. If the equipment shows a covered functional defect, we repair or replace it.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops, broken seals, unauthorized modifications or wear of consumable items (such as electrodes and sponges). Full details are in the warranty terms that accompany the product.
Defective product or shipping damage
If the product arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us within [PERIOD, e.g. 7 calendar days] of receipt so we can arrange an exchange or repair. Keep the packaging and the invoice.
Right of withdrawal
When online purchasing becomes available, purchases made off-premises (over the internet) will carry the right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days of receipt, under Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, with a refund of amounts paid. As there is no online sale yet, this right will apply once checkout launches.
How to request
To activate the warranty, an exchange or a return, contact our team through the site's channels (WhatsApp or email), providing the order/invoice number and a description of the problem. Our team will guide you on the next steps and timelines.
Health-use products
As these are health-use devices, items that come into contact with the skin (such as electrodes and sponges) may have exchange restrictions for hygiene and safety reasons, except in the case of a defect. Indication and use must follow the guidance of a healthcare professional.
